Telex Duplicator Servicing

If you have a unit that requires service then DO NOT send your machine at this stage.
Please print out and complete the Service Form Duplicators  and send a copy to our sales office. We will select the best service agent for your machine and contact with an address to send your machine. if your complaint concerns audio quality of cassette copies then please be prepared to include a sample master and copy as this is a big help and also enables the engineer to set your duplicator to work well with your cassettes.
